So, if you receive our tea and the product is faulty or has been damaged during the delivery process, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or process a refund for you.
Please email us within 10 days of receiving the product including a description and a photo of the fault or damage.
Replacement items will be shipped free of charge
