A sweet floral and gin infusion with butterfly pea flowers

Servings: 2 servings

What You'll Need: 

2 bags of P.S. I Love Blue blend (Chamomile, lavender and butterfly pea flowers) 

Sugar

Ice

Lemon Juice

Club Soda

Gin

Garnish (optional):

Lemon wedge, fresh sprig of lavender or dried lavender

How To Make:

1. Combine 2 teabags, sugar and water in a small pot on low heat until all sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.  

2. Add gin and ice to a tall serving glass

3.Pour in tea mixture, then top off with club soda

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh sprig of lavender or sprinkle with dried lavender
