Ginger (Zingiber officinale): This herb is native to China and has a long history in traditional chinese medicine to alleviate nausea, minimise infections and helps to treat indigestion.
Yerba Maté (Ilex paraguariensis): This South American herb is surprisingly underrated. Its natural caffeine content, similarly found in other types of tea and coffee, increases energy levels, boosts mental focus and reduce physical fatigue. This blend contains only a small amount of yerba maté so expect a gentle caffeine dose, unlike what you can experience with coffee.

Bring 250 mL of water to a boil 100°C/212°F, wait 30 seconds. Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Steep for 5 minutes, remove tea.
